What file does the LMS/Content Server point to to render HTML vs. HTML5?

Hi,

I have published a Captivate 8 and Captivate 7 course to HTML/HTML5. It's not published to SCORM, but loaded into a content server. What file should we point to in order for the module to launch on a laptop and iPad and determine if HTML or HTML5 should be viewed? The courses are running on the laptop fine but not the iPad. Should it point to multiscreen.htm, index.html, or the module name.html file?
