Setting up the Object style manager for a new project in Cp 9 and I realized I have no idea what the "Advance Feedback Caption/SmartShape" items under quizzing objects refer to. Can anyone clarify? I don't see anything called that on any of the quiz master slides.

The Advanced Feedback captions can only be configured for Multiple Choice (radio button) quiz questions and no other type.
The option to turn them on appears ONLY when you select one of the answer options in a Multiple Choice quiz question and then go to the Properties tab > Options section. If you select the checkbox for Advanced Answer Option then each individual answer can have a feedback caption appear if the learner selects that answer. This allows you to customize the feedback based on individually selected answers instead of just for the overall quiz question.
But as stated, there is only one type of quiz question that has this option.
