What is the procedure for reporting bugs

When I try going to:

Adobe Support

I click on the link for Feature request/bug reporting

When I click on that link, it takes me to a web page which won't let me do anything until I click on a product name.  But Adobe Captivate is not on the list of product names to pick.

Am I missing something (like a secret handshake)?
