Question

What setting will ensure that the question text will appear consistently the same size upon publishing in Captivate 2017?

I am using Captivate 2017, on a Windows 10. I have create question pools and have the same settings applied to my question text; however, when I publish the question text appears all different sizes? Some will be large, some will be very small. I have check Uniform Scaling and limited scaling to 20 px. But still each question seems to have a mind of its own. Is there a setting that will ensure that all text of the same style will scale consistently upon publishing.

Please, don't post the same question multiple times. I have deleted the two other identical threads.

Have a look at this article about use of Fluid Boxes on question slides:

Tips for 'Fluid' Quiz Slides - Captivate blog

I added a screenshot of the result of having answers with different lengths in three setups:

  • default
  • Enable Uniform Text Scaling
  • Manually resizing of answer captions and distributing

You'll read that the only way to achieve what you want is the last setup, which takes the most time. Formatting of quiz slides is a pain, still in CP2017. Please log a feature request to improve this workflow which has been like that since version 6.
