What should I find out about video format if I want to export Captivate Video?

My boss wants me to create and e-learning module within Captivate 8 and use it within a different video format. What should I find out about the video format besides the aspect ration before I give the go ahead?

Maybe what video format he is talking about, what bitrate, whether there is a size limit.

Aspect ratio refers to the relationship between the height and the width, NOT the actual height and width.  The bigger the physical size of the video, the more megabytes it will be and the more bandwidth you will need for end users to view it.
