What technology is used for Learn in Adobe CC

Question

When you launch an Adobe CC application, there is a Learn option.

It guides you through the basics through explanation, and practice on your own with the application.

It appears to be a great way for learning software by allowing and tracking of how you're doing with the program you're learning.

I wonder what technology is used to build this? I like it more than Captivate.

What I see are webpages with inserted passive videos. If you prefer that to interactive tutorials or interactive video, that is your personal choice of course. My students in college largely preferred interactive over passive learning assets.
