Hello and thank you for reading my post.

I am a consultant that teaches safety and makes custom elearning courses with Captivate.

Early next year I will be working with the local college to teach a course for safety people that want to make custom elearning courses for their companys.

What is the best way to have them download some form of trial or student version of Captivat?

Again Thank You for your time

I've been teaching Adobe Captivate for many years now. I always insist on students using the most up-to-date version of Adobe Captivate. You can direct them to download the 30 day trial from here: https://www.adobe.com/content/cc/us/en/products/captivate/download-trial/try.html.

You could also encourage them to sign in and participate in the Adobe eLearning Community. If they are active enough, they can earn enough participation points to be awarded a complimentary license from Adobe to continue to use the software beyond the free trial. Adobe hands out these licenses to active participants in the community once per quarter. Learn more here: https://elearning.adobe.com/levels/.
