when captivate window opens it is greyed out

A user is using a captivate file and reports:
.."a blank Captivate file opens outside of the CAL application – just a gray screen"
When I open the file I don't have this problem
Any ideas

    Have you tried upgrading the version of the Flash Player installed on that workstation?

    Hi

    I got them to install the flash player but it didn't make any difference.
    Besides I published the capitvate files as exe

    The user has sent me a screenshot of the Captivate problem

    The user is using XP. The Captivate file is an exe file.
    Is there some security feature on XP which is blocking Captivate?
