When Event video reaches last frame, continue to next slide

I feel like this has probably been asked but I could not find the answer on here and really need this functionality to work.

All I want is an event video that plays on a slide. When the video reaches the final frame, the project advances to the next slide.

I cannot use Mulit-slide video because I need to be able to scrub video back and forward. And no, I cannot use the global progress bar because then the user can scrub right past the video and the quiz slides that follow it.

Thank you very much for any help.

With Event Video selected you can open your Timing Panel. You will see a checkbox for Pause slide till the end of the video.

This is useful for event video because the slide duration may be shorter than the length of the video. In any case, the slide will remain paused until the video is complete and at that point, the slide will automatically progress to the next slide, so long as there are no additional elements that are pausing the slide (such as buttons).

I swear I tried that 20 times with no success but today it worked. Thank you, Paul.

Another, better solution would be to have a Multi-slide video but not allow the progress bar to be scrubbed past the quiz slides. Not sure if this is possible either...

You could create a slide progressbar.
