When exporting captivate to PDF, PDF shows black screen
Hey there,
This is not for myself, but for an employee at my company (I work in IT, he works in our training department). He's working on a training video, that he is trying to export from Captivate to a PDF. He normally did not have problems, until a few weeks ago when it started opening the videos as a black square inside the PDF with no other content. He has the most up to date versions of Captivate, Acrobat Reader DC and Flash and is running Windows 7 professional. Hopefully someone can help shed some light on this issue, and let me know if there is any further information needed.
