When i download an cutout from e-learning brothers free assets, why will it now show in my assets?

I will download, it comes up with popup to say it is in my folder, when i go to insert its not there? Any help?

    This is the same issue addressed in the thread "Why are my eLearning brothers characters not showing up in my Captivate ribbon".  eLearning brothers have made Adobe aware of the problem but Adobe has not resolved it yet. The response suggests that "in the meantime, you can get your cutout characters through the ELB library using the same credentials you use within Captivate and just insert them as you would any other image or media file."

    I'm new to captivate and the community, i have now found the other threads and have logged on to the elearning brothers web page. 

    Just seemed odd it was working yesterday but not today, but glad there is a way around it.
