When I insert zoom, It does not fade out

Question

I am using Captivate5 trial and inserting zoom from standard items.  The box fades to zoom but abruptly closes.  I have the transition set for fade in and out and 0.5 fade in and out.  How can I get the box to fade back out?

Welcome to our communityLooks like a bug to me and I'd encourage you to report it as same to Adobe. (link is in my sig)As a workaround you can probably use something like a Highlight Box or an Image to cover the zoom destination and provide the fade effect you are looking for.Cheers...
