When I previewed the course, the video works; However, when I publish the video does not show up.

Hello,

My name is Dickmar Tejada. I am using Captivate 9. I am working on a simple Captivate Project. There is a video on one slide. I am able to view it when I preview the course; However when I publish the course, the video does not appear.

Any help will be really appreciated it.

    What are the publish settings: to HTML5 or to SWF?

    Did you insert the video as event video or as multisynchronized video?

    Thanks for your reply. I am publishing both HTML 5  and SWF. Also I am inserting the video an an event on one slide. It is really strange. I can preview with no problem, but then when I preview, the video does not show up. I also tried using different browsers (IE, Mozilla & Chrome) without any luck.

    Do  you isee the video in the published folder? For the HTML5 output, it should be in the vr folder.

    I had some problems when publishing at the same time to HTML5 and SWF. Did you try to publish only to HTML5?
