When I record in Adobe 2019 the click boxes are not displaying.

When I am recording an application in Adobe 2019 I get the mouse track but no click Boxes are visible.

It is not clear if you recorded as Software simulation or as Video Demo?

For software sims: You have recorded in Demo mode, which leads to a passive demonstration. You only get click boxes in the Assessment and Training mode.

Video Demo by definition leads only to MP4 output which is a passive video.
