Question

When I try to open an existing project, it opens to 30% and then hangs.

I have an existing captivate 8.0.1.242 project that I was able to open.  Now, when I attempt to open it, it hangs a 30%.  My co-worker can open the same project just fine.  Other helpful notes:  The project is stored on a network drive.  We have 8 GB of memory on out machines.

    Do not open from the network drive, first copy the file to your system. And launch Captivate as Administrator.
