When im creating my Closed Captions i have noticed the audio skips during play back.
So i have a question. When i have created my slide, and inputed my audio file. When i go to create my closed captions during playback the audio skips really badly. Now this isnt a huge deal as i can see the wav format, and slide the caption to the beginning of the sentence. I have found that this is only happening on my windows 11 laptop. Here are the spec's and it is completely up to date with all the drivers and adobe cloud/captivate. 2021 ASUS ROG Advanced Edition Laptop. AMD HX5900/AMD RX6800M/16GB GSkill Rip Jaws RAM/1tb Seabrent PCI Express 4.0 SSD. Now if i open the exact same file up in my captivate on my windows 10 PC it doesnt skip. Seems to be only a windows 11 thing as i rolled back my laptop to windows 10, and the problem was fixed. Ive searched online for a fix, but no one seems to have one. Just wondering if any of you guys have a fix for this particular problem? Oh and also is there a fix for when adding the first closed caption you dont have to move the marker to a part of the first sentence that has audio? This never used to be a thing until recently. I used to just hit CTRL C and then the plus sign. Now it gives me an error stating it cant add closed captioning to a part without audio.
