When in preview of my project, one slide has a "Submit" box showing. It only shows in preview - I cannot remove it.

See the below screen shots.  The first is in edit mode and the second in preview.  How do I get rid of that "submit" box?

    work around was to create a new project and copy all of the slides from the flaws project.  The button was now available to be deleted.

    Some possible causes:

    1. Check the Blank daughter master slide
    2. Look at all slides before this one to see if you can find that button; if you see it, check its Timing

    when I click CTRL - A,  nothing shows in that area as being selected.  In fact only the accounted for items show as selected.  It's like it doesn't exist except in the preview mode.
