When installing Adobe Captivate (2019 release) a blank white screen appears after the sign-in screen. Tried the instructions mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/in/captivate/kb/captivate-installation-blank-page-sign.html. . But dint help. Please suggest.

    OK, will try to contact a staff member.

    BTW did you try to sign out and back in to the CC application which should have been installed along with Captivate? CC statnds for Creative Cloud. Although CP is not part of it, it is needed to be able to use Adobe fonts.
