When published to Connect, Presenter presentation will not play correctly

We started the trial of Adobe Presenter, hoping to be able to publish a presentation from PPTX with synched narration audio to play during a webinar. I have a tiny test document with ONE screen of audio that is synched to text animations coming in (on-click) on the screen. When I publish locally, the published presentation works perfectly. When I publish up to Adobe Connect, the screen plays audio up to the first animation, then stops. You have to keep clicking the Next button for the audio to keep restarting. Within Settings, the "stop after each animation" option is UNCHECKED. Help?
