when publishing captivate as mp4 how do you edit the player settings?

I am publishing captivate project as mp4 to be uploaded on Vimeo.  The playbar/skin is invisible against the slides white backgrounds. I have tried every color, and option in the themes, skin editor and the playbar is always the same: white icons and transparent background. I need the viewer to be able to navigate on their own. Also, will the table of contents not show at all? Thank you for your suggestions.

In Captivate projects, the Playbar and TOC are actually part of the Skin, not the content.  When you publish the content out to an MP4, you don't get the skin as well.  As you would well know by now, an MP4 video file is NOT interactive.  So having an interactive TOC or other buttons is of no real use.

When you upload the MP4 to Vimeo, you will be using a playbar skin that Vimeo provides, not the one from Captivate.
