When publishing images do not appear

I am using Captivate 5 and when I hit F3 or F10 to review slides the highlight boxes I added appear on the screen correctly. However when I go to publish the file all the images no longer appear? Any ideas on why this is happening?

    Sorry, your question isn't clear to me.  Is it the highlight boxes that aren't appearing when you publish, or images?
