when screen in preview and export

Question

I'm using captivate 9, and out of nowhere the project is exporting a white screen.

Its been exporting fine without issues for the last few days, and now when it exports, I hear the audio going but the screen is completely blankly blank.

Everything from images, buttons, smart objects and shapes don't show on the screen when previewing or exporting.

This is the first time I've seen this happen before; has anyone else experience this or what could be causing the issue?

We're using responsive project, and I've tried tried changing Title, delete any added in JavaScript, checked preferences, but it still just shows a white page.

First...to check whether this issue is localised to one particular project or affects all responsive projects on your box, try creating a new blank responsive project with a couple of slides and a few Smart Shape objects and test publishing that.

Does it show a white screen too?

If not, the issue could be corruption in your current project.

If even the blank project is failing, then your issue must be due to some change in your local environment. Try resetting your Captivate Preferences.
