When trying to record a video demo, the recorded screen is EXTRA LARGE when viewed and I cannot seem to figure out how to make it a normal viewing size.  I've attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing when I view the captivate video (1st) and what I see when I create a MS Office Mix video (2nd) -- I would like it to come out like the MS Office Mix Video.

Any suggestions on how to show the whole web page at a normal size?

Thanks!

rita.

so, right after I submitted this, I discovered the answer from an old post in 2009.  It was my desktop view settings, which I had at 125% (old eyes!).  I set it to 100% and it worked fine.

I'm using windows 10 pro.  If search for DPI it will take you to the settings where you can set your viewing.

Best Regards
