When will my Captivate 8 subscription be updated to Captivate 9

I have Captivate 8 and want to know when it will be updated to 9, or how do I do it?

    Hello ,

    Welcome to Adobe Forums,

    You just need to download the trial version of Adobe Captivate 9 from the website.

    At the time of installation enter the same Adobe ID and Password which was used initially while purchasing the subscription and your version will be activated.

    PS : Make sure that you take a backup of your projects before upgrading them to the newer version.

    Just download and install Captivate 9.  It will see your Adobe ID and know that as a subscriber you already have a license.

    Captivate 8 won't update itself.  I suggest you DO NOT uninstall Cp8 just yet.  You may find you need it for something.
