Where are all the assets?

My company downloaded Adobe Captivate 9 for me to create training projects. However, when I click on "Assets" I only have a total of 1 asset which is a woman standing with her arms folded. After reading many articles, I am under the impression I should have over 24k assets once I click on the "Assets" button and sign in. This is not the case, how can I access these assets?

    Is it a licensed version? Did you install the included characters, then you should have more categories than just Assets: Business, Casual, Illustrated, Medecine with some characters. Others can be downloaded.

    On top the button 'My Assets' is selected by default, did you try the button 'Get Free Assets'? That will get you to the eLearning Brothers website where you can download 30K free assets (one by one)

    I found that this article Getting Started with Assets in Captivate 9.0.2 - eLearning Brothers  helped me fix the problem when I cleared the preferences. I then went back into assets click on free assets and elearning brothers populated. Where before, when I clicked on free assets, nothing happened.
