Where can I find additional TTS voices; Captivate 8

I'm trying to find additional TTS voices for Captivate 8. I have been in touch with Neospeech, and they do not sell voices for Captivate. Loquendo has been purchased by Nuance, and they are not returning my contact attempts. I am specifically looking for Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin) voices. Any leads are very much appreciated.

I have searched the forums here, but I haven't found any additional information.
