There is no link between the help pages you point at, which are talking about the Project library, and your question. The Trarnsform section disappeared with version 8 and we are now at version 11.5.

erm.... (1) Select object (2) Properties panel (3) "Options" (section?) ... eh, voila... (4) Transform section ?

OK, under Options you can edit the x/y and w/h but that is only for non-responsive projects.

For responsive projects there is a Position Properties panel as well. It used to be much simpler before CP8.

And where's the EDIT button so I can fix Tranform to TranSform??

Okay how do I delete this before anyone sees it.

 

Since it's Properties ->OPTIONS -> Tranform and I am clearly NOT there in the picture.
