Where do i find the English User Dictionary Editor for Captivate 2019 (v 11.8.1)

I am working on a medical project, and there are quite a few words that are pronounced incorrectly, as well as there is a propriety lexicon that my organization uses, and they just dont get pronounced appropriately by the TTS.  I know that in older versions there was a English User Dictionary Editor that allowed you to define to Captivate how something should be pronounced... but I cannot find it in Captivate 2019.  I would be very grateful if anyone could point me to the appropriate location of this program!
