Where is the glow effect in Captivate 9?

Flicker is not good enough, I need an effect that doesn't flicker yet glows.  Please advise, thank you.

    Hi Carolyn,

        Glow Effect is present as part of the other effects.

    1) Go to In the Timing Panel --> Applied Effects List.

    2) Browse Other Effects(which is in the same level as Effects Folder)

    3) Go to Emphasis and Select Glow effect.

    The Glow effect is no longer an option within the Emphasis group or any group. Here are screenshots from Cap 9 to show you.

    You need to go up level to the Gallery folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 9 x64\Gallery Both Effects and Other Effects are there. You want ... \Other Effects\Emphasis
