Where is the serial number for Captivate 30 Days Free Trial?

I want to create a video training and want to try Captivate since it is highly recommended by others.  Therefore, I created an Adobe ID and downloaded Captivate 9; however, I am trying to install it and running into issue at "Provide a Serial Number".  I didn't receive a Serial Number in the email, or where can I find this serial number for the free trial?

Click the Back button and on the preceding window click on Start Trial instead of License This Software as shown below (You may have to sign in again).

You don't need a serial number for a trial version. Look in this thread at previous answers.

Just continue to use the trial, only when you have licensed the product will you need a serial number.


Beware: all output created with a trial version will expire after 30 days.

Hi Lilybiri,

Thanks for the answer, but I was in the process of installing and it got stuck at serial number so I don't know how to "continue" with the trial.
