While recording assessment, Text entry boxes are becoming demos

Hello!

I'm recording an assessment in Adobe Captivate 7, and every text entry box, instead of prompting the user to enter text, becomes a demonstration.  I have "Automatically add text entry boxes" checked in the Preferences.

Is there a setting I need to adjust?
