While working with the captivate8, the duration on the timeline is getting disappeared frequently. Any solution for this problem?

As am new to the Adobe Captivate, please help me resolving the error which is occuring on the timeline duration. It is frequently disappearing while working with the timeline and so it is difficult for integrating the audio with reference to that time duration.

Thanks in advance.

    If the timing pane disappears

    Simply do the following:

Click properties twice (top right corner). This will bring back the timing pane, hope this helps.

I assume you mean the timing not the timeline?

    Correct me if i'm wrong.

Thanks Oliver, but the question was about the visibility of the duration scale in theTimeline panel, not about the Timing Properties panel. That last one, in newbie UI (which you are using) can also be made visible with Window menu.

    Oh right.

Any idea how I can link multiple projects together at the end of each slide I want the next project to play. Got about 7 files that are too big to be put into one captivate file or it freezes

Resetting workspace or restarting Captivate will solve it. Very annoying,

are you on latest version of 8?
