white flash when inserting learning interactions

Hello,

I am wondering if there is a solution to this in the forums. Whenever I try to insert a learning interaction into a slide, there is a brief white screen flash when the module is playing. For example...I have an element set as a button with an advanced action causing the jigsaw puzzle interaction to play. When the button is clicked, there is a half second moment when the entire module screen flashes white and then continues with the slide. WHY!!!???? I know that this has been an issue since the Captivate 6 release...maybe earlier...any solution?...I have worked around this by creating my own widgets, but it has been time consuming to say the least.
