white space is appearing at the bottom

Hi,

I am using captivate 9 for responsive course design and i don't want to use the default playbar as i am using custom next or previous button. when I hide the playbar then still a white bar appears at the bottom at the place of playbar. And it hides my custom navigation button when i play the course on the devices. Please let us know the solution for this issue. if anyone have encountered this problem.

Not yet. This option is always disabled.

Thanks, but in my skin editor it's already disabled and I am not able to change it. Don't know why? screenshot attached.

I don't use responsive projects, but I just had a quick look (CP9) and even on a brand new blank responsive project the 'Show Borders' option is greyed out.

Have you used this option on other responsive projects?
