Who is my Adobe Captivate Administrator?

I recently downloaded and installed adobe captivate on my computer. I am the only employee at my agency that has a license. When I contact adobe captivate to get support, I am informed to contact my administror. Who is my administrator? Where can I get this infromation?

    At your agency, do you have an IT department or individual that handles all the agency software licensing purchases?

    I see your handle has a  .gov extension so it seems there is someone handling them on your behalf.

    I would start there.
