hi! ¿who to activate one account if system departament buy captivate by internet and whith his acount system. is it possible pass this buy to my ID if iam the user???

    Hello Margarita,

    Welcome to Adobe Forums!

    If your department has purchased Captivate as a perpetual license then you can simply download the trial version from the website and then activate it using the serial number.

    If they have purchased the subscription then it needs to be activated from the same Adobe Id and password from which it was purchased.

    If you have not made the purchase yet then you can also purchase it under your Id.
