Why are bugs documented in versions 9 and earlier still showing up in Presenter 11?

This includes video being chopped off at beginning or end, file corruption leading to unrecoverable loss of project, audio recording controls being unresponsive, etc.

In some cases, maybe they're different bugs, but in many cases, they seem to be the same. Perhaps the real question is why Adobe sees fit to sell such profoundly broken software, charging premium prices for new versions that should be free bug fixes?
