Why are my Captivate 8 video edits not showing when previewed or published?

Hi!

I am using Captivate 8 to develop instructional videos to upload to YouTube. I've inserted two MP4 videos (as multi-slide synchronized video - progressive download) on two separate slides and in between have video screen captures and screen shots with animations. When either previewing my project in a browser, or, publishing to YouTube the MP4 videos don't seem to upload properly and they show portions of the video that I've removed using the Captivate 8 "Edit Video Timing..." option and then skip as if it's catching up on the proper timing. When I preview it and refresh it a few times it may work properly, but it's very inconsistent and never works when fully publishing it to YouTube.  I have tried re-uploading the video into the project directly from my computer (as opposed to a server) and that hasn't changed the outcome.  I've even tried the same video files after reprocessing them as MP4s without luck.  Any suggestions?
