Question

Why are my scorm packages expiring and not displayed?

I use Captivate 7 PC version with a subscription edition license to create scorm packages which I test in a development site and once approved they are moved to a production site. After months building the production site, now that students are accessing, the Captivate scorm packages are starting to expire and are not displaying. What can I do to eliminate an expiring period?

Did you perhaps create the courses using a trial version?

Thank you Lilybiri, but I used the subscription license.

Open up the CPTX for one of these modules that is expiring and check whether an expiry date has been set at Preferences > Project > Start and End > Project Expiry Date.

Lilybiri is correct that this is usually an issue associated with using a trial version license, but it may be that you started these project files with a Trial version but did not remove the expiry date AFTER the files started being edited with a full subscription licensed version.  Just using the licensed version doesn't automatically remove the expiry date.
