Why are "Rollover" choices greyed out in the OBJECTS tab?

I guess I'm simply missing simply plain obvious as I have only just installed Captivate.

But I cannot for the life of me understand why the above are greyed out.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I think I can answer my own question: namely it seems rollover options are not available for Responsive projects

Think about it.  On a desktop you CAN roll your mouse cursor over the top of the object to trigger a different reaction to clicking it.

On a tablet or phone you can TAP it, which is equivalent to clicking, but how do you ROLL OVER it?

There are now some mobile devices that can detect your finger hovering above the screen, but that's a fairly new innovation and by no means ubiquitous.
