Why are the eLearning Brothers Characters not showing up in my Captivate Ribbon?

Hello there-  I've downloaded a few Characters from the Assets, but they're not showing up on my main Captivate Ribbon when I choose Media>Characters.  I've done this seamlessly in the past.  Any ideas about why they're not showing up there now?  I'm using Captivate 2017.

    Here’s the URL and info from eLearning Brothers how to access the characters.  

    “As a workaround, she can go to our website and download the characters from the library that you wanted to use. Please see on the link below:

    https://library.elearningbrothers.com/cutout-people-images-home-page

    Use the same credentials to login.”

    This is a know issue that we (eLearning Brothers) have brought to the attention of Adobe. They assure us that it will be fixed with the next update. In the meantime, you can get your cutout characters through the ELB library using the same credentials you use within Captivate and just insert them as you would any other image or media file.

    Ah...okay, I couldn't figure out how to access the free ones.  I have updated Adobe credentials that didn't work on the eLearning Brothers website, but my older password did.  Thank you.
