I just converted from 9 to 2017. The smart shapes etc. on my master slide were working fine with 9. Now when I select the Preview button in the 2017 version, they aren't showing up. The Title slide (which is just an image) looks fine when I preview, but the other master slides with smart shapes (some used as buttons) do not.
I did not, and now I don't have a CP9 version to be able to do that. I guess I can just create a new one and copy the content of the slides over. Unless you can recommend something else?
Not reallly, only a recommendation perhaps too late, try to keep the previous version at least for a while. I still have CP9 on my systems for possible issues like you experienced. Sorry, not a great help.
