Why can I not publish as a video?

I am working with a blank, non-responsive project in Adobe Captivate 2017 on a Mac. When I try to publish to my computer, as a video, I am only given the option to publish as HTML5/SWF. Why is this? I want to publish to a video for executive review purposes before I submit to an LMS.
