Why can't I find align tool?

For some reason I can't find the align tool in the menu bar. I can't even find how to turn it on. This also goes for the arrange tool.

    Oh for crying out loud, it was right under Window, Align...

    There is no 'tool' but a bar which you can turn on from the WIndow menu, first option.

    I personally prefer the right-click menu where you'll find both Arrange and Align if you have selected at least two objects.

    Reason: that bar takes again up too much space vertically, where there is already the unmovable Big Button Bar stealing space. Even in Expert UI the BBB nor the Align bar can be moved, nor made floating.
