why can't i insert swf files into captivate 9

Hi guys

appreciate any help - that anyone can give me

All the guidance says that all i need to do to insert swf animation is to go to insert - animation and then i can add swf files, but the only option i am given is GIF files.  Has this changed in captivate 9 or am i doing something wrong ??

    Responsive projects can be published only to HTML. No mobile device plays Flash anymore, that is also valid for inserted SWF's.

    You're not working on a Responsive project by any chance are you?

    That might explain why no SWF is allowed.
