Question

Why can't I see some of my images when I preview online?

I am previewing a project (in browser) and there are 2-3 slides that won't load out correctly when I am interacting with the project. It plays correctly when I preview the slide individually in the program so I know the timing is correct but when I go to preview the whole project it won't display certain images. The audio and the buttons still appear and are timed correctly but the images do not.

I have not been able to publish this project online to pilot it due to size limitations at my work so I am wanting to troubleshoot this issue before I submit the completed project to be published. I don't want to risk it not working correctly when published and have to take the project down (we pay each time it is published online, even for piloting).

Anyone else have this issue?

I've not had this issue...but publishing and previewing online is definitely the best way to review a project to check actual functionality. I would not rely on local previewing at all...

You don't have to publish to your LMS... You could try something like SCORM Cloud:

Scorm Cloud SCORM Cloud - A simpler way to deliver e-learning - SCORM

Free for testing and a GREAT way to test your content.

So try that first (or if your company has a website, work with the web folks to put your project at a simple URL to test).

Otherwise what is the format of your images? Can you view the images outside the project?

Maybe just try re-importing the images?

Could you post a screenshot of the timeline of those problem slides? It would help if you select one of the images that do not show up.
