Why Can't open Acrobat Pro XI after installation?

Down loaded and successfully installed Acrobat Pro .

When I went to start entered SERIAL number and box came up saying serial number verified but product not on the computer.

Drop down box does not list Acrobat Pro XI.

What do I do now?
