Why can't we upload Captivate files into our messages?

Hi,

I'm not allowed to upload an 11 MB Captivate file (Captivate 2019 .cptx file) as an attachment into this forum, because "the contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type." What is the problem with uploading captivate files? Is there a size limit?
