Why cant I import mp4 file?

Whether I drag and drop or insert video with the media button, i get the same message.  This is definitely an MP4 file

      No spaces in the name. But I would certainly recommend to re-encode the MP4 with Adobe Media Encoder (packaged with Captivate), because it is possible your file didn't use the right codec.

        I will try to delete spaces and then re encode.

        I would try renaming the file to take out the commas and spaces.

        Shorten it up a bit as well perhaps.

        It is probably choking on the filename.
