Why do fail messages for click boxes disappear?

My team an I use Captivate 8. When I open a project created by another team member, all the Fail messages associated with Click boxes have vanished. Is this a known bug? What should I do to fix it?

Are you using the latest version, and the same as your colleague? I don't have 8 anymore, but the latest version number started with 8.0.3. Are you using the same theme and preferences?

Thanks for responding.

I have version 8.0.0.145, my colleagues have 8.0.1.242 and 8.0.3.290.  They can share projects without any such issues. We are all using the same preferences and themes.

You should use the same versions. Especially your version was pretty buggy!
